Jasmine Peete
PARALEGAL
Jasmine Peete joined the Smith NMTC Associates team in spring 2024 as a Paralegal. With a keen eye for detail and interest in affordable housing, Jasmine is invaluable in supporting the greater Smith NMTC team—from serving as an integral part of our QALICB compliance team, monitoring and collecting financial reporting, Community Benefit Reports, and other outcome reporting, to supporting our transaction team, interfacing with our QALICBs during closings, assisting with due diligence collection, property research and other necessary closing and exit tasks to help make our team as efficient as possible. Jasmine will also support our business development team in collecting initial project information and assisting with CDE outreach.
Previously, Jasmine served as a Senior Coordinator at Fleishman Hillard, where she provided administrative support for human resources operations, onboarded new employees, and led team members through new hire paperwork and other personnel needs.
Jasmine holds a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Maryville University and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Missouri.
