Using our expertise in the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program, Smith NMTC Associates, LLC assists Community Development Entities (CDEs) and nonprofit developers to leverage NMTCs to increase access to for-sale affordable housing and community facilities that improve and stabilize low-income communities and provide opportunities for low-income people.
