As Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis celebrates 40 years of impact in 2026, it’s preparing to develop 40 new homeownership opportunities in the Vandeventer neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri with the support of a $17M New Markets Tax Credit-funded loan.

With the support of NMTCs from Forward Community Investments, Inc., Acts Homeownership Acquisitions, Inc. will be acquiring 42 properties in distressed neighborhoods of Milwaukee and Rock Counties to rehab and sell as high-quality affordable homeownership opportunities.
