Ann Hannan
Administrative Director
Ann Hannan serves as Administrative Director of Smith NMTC Associates, LLC. Since joining the firm in 2019, Ann has worked to develop systems and procedures to streamline the company’s operations, to manage project impact data and compliance reporting schedules and financial processes including loan servicing. Ann works with the business development team to prepare outreach materials including PowerPoint presentations, diagrams and proposals. Ann is part of the application drafting team for NMTC Allocation Applications using tools she designed to manage the processes for pipeline management and application drafting. She works with CDEs to gather track record data and prepares application tables, and compiles additional materials as needed. Working with the compliance team, Ann completes annual CDFI Fund TLR entries.
Having been on the frontline of area nonprofit organizations, Ann brings a firsthand appreciation for those working for change in our communities. She began her career in nonprofit management in 1999 with positions focused on finance, development, human resources, and facility management. She is proud of her work as School Director of The Waldorf School of St. Louis, the only Waldorf elementary school in Missouri, during which time enrollment and fundraising revenue doubled.
Ann completed a Masters of Public Administration and Policy Analysis at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, with an emphasis in Nonprofit Administration.
