Ann joined the Smith NMTC team as Administrative Director in January 2019. In this role, Ann contributes to outreach materials and project management, as well as company operations and human resources. She is happy to accept any technology challenge, bringing much enthusiasm to data management and file organization. Ann enjoys learning about each organization served by Smith NMTC and is continually impressed with the outcomes achieved through the NMTC program.
Having been on the frontline of area nonprofit organizations, Ann brings a firsthand appreciation for those working for change in our communities. Ann began her career in nonprofit management in 1999 with positions focused on finance, development, human resources, and facility management. She is proud of her work as School Director of The Waldorf School of St. Louis, the only Waldorf elementary school in Missouri, during which time enrollment and fundraising revenue doubled.
Ann completed a Masters of Public Administration and Policy Analysis at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, with an emphasis in Nonprofit Administration.
